Absolutely loved the collection! The store has a stunning range of traditional outfits that are perfect for weddings. The quality, fit, and craftsmanship of every outfit truly stand out. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, and the personalised sitting space makes the shopping experience even more comfortable and special. But what touched me the most was the kindness I received during an unexpected situation. I had forgotten my brother’s wedding dress in a local train, and as an outsider in Mumbai, I had almost lost hope of ever getting it back. It was a very stressful moment for me. However, Mitesh bhaiya, one of the managers and owners, handled the situation with such care and genuine concern. Through one of his contacts, the dress was miraculously found and returned to me. It was truly a heartwarming and unforgettable gesture. This is a very old and trustworthy shop, and maybe that’s why they have such strong connections and a sincere commitment to helping their customers. I am truly grateful for turning what felt impossible into a happy ending. Thank you so much for your kindness and wonderful service. Highly, highly recommended!

Visited Carron NX in Kalbadevi, Mumbai today and had a very disappointing experience. When we asked the staff to show us some kurtas, we were told to wait. Even after waiting for around 15–20 minutes, the staff member ignored us and started attending to other customers. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made us leave the shop. Really expected better customer service from such a store.
