Not recommended for senior citizens.....if some problems can manage with medicine or yoga, physiotherapy and still dr Manish Kothari will suggest surgery only.....give you fear like if not done immediately then you may get paralyzed or you unable to walk...or unable to Don't trust...... I will suggest pls take 2 or 3 more opinions.....but don't trust blindly to dr Manish kothari advise.....simple things he will complicated

I had been experiencing severe pain radiating from my neck to my shoulder and arm, along with numbness in my right hand. Initially, I didn’t think it was anything serious. However, after consulting Dr. Manish Kothari, I was advised to get an MRI and specialized X-rays for my cervical spine. The scans revealed significant compression at the C5-C6 level of my cervical spine, which had severely damaged the disc and affected both the spinal cord and foraminal nerves. Dr. Kothari explained everything clearly and recommended anterior cervical discectomy surgery. To be honest, I was initially hesitant, but after doing my own research, I realized how critical it was to address this condition early to avoid long-term complications, including the risk of paralysis. I eventually underwent the surgery, and I must say the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The procedure was smooth, virtually pain-free, and I was active shortly after the operation. I could hardly believe such a major surgery could be so seamless. Dr. Manish Kothari’s expertise, professionalism, and calm, reassuring nature made a world of difference.
