Please, this is a small request regarding the couple seats at Movie Time Malad West. The seats felt very hard and uncomfortable, almost like sitting on metal. It was difficult to sit comfortably for the whole movie. Since we paid around ₹600, we expected a more comfortable experience. Kindly try to make the seats softer or add better cushioning if possible. It would really improve the overall experience. Thank you.

I'd say it's a decent cinema hall.. ticket prices are about Rs.150-170 for evening shows, popcorn we've had each time was good and it's price is also much cheaper than the multiplex, Rs.250 for the big fat tub. Good to carry a jacket incase it gets cold

DO NOT GO- yaaaaaks experiance. in this 20yrs of experiance, 1st time this kind of movie Theater. i book couple seat by thinking it was recliner sofa seat like PVR or Inox for couple. but its like i'm seating in some 3rd class restro-bar chair. screen is not visible from that place. toattaly waste of my money. its should be closed as soon as possible by calling movie Theater.

A very bad experience. It's getting worse day by day. I'm a regular visitor of movie time cinema at Malad West but the experience is really getting terrific. The movie is always getting started 5 minutes before the show timing wherein the entry inside the campus starts at accurate time and we are not allowed to enter the theatre even a minute before so how can before the entry the show can be started. Also there is no proper management to take care of things. The speaker and AC is working only on one side and the people sitting to the left are feeling so cold and the voice of the speaker is so annoying, wherein the people sitting to the extreme right are feeling so hot and even audio is not proper. I have tried this myself, in the first half I was sitting on the left side and I had to change my seat during the interval. Not only this the food is also not proper. They charge a huge amount for popcorn and they don't even provide fresh popcorn. The popcorn is always sauggy whether you go to the morning show afternoon show or late night show it's always the same. There is a lot more to say but I can't explain everything here. Really very disappointing. I think it's time to change my opinion for movie time and try for other multiplex options.
