Worst experience,booked 2 ticket for morning movie show cancel due to less people came , according to the sale counter minimum 10 person required for the show and there's 6 people already standing for movie but they didn't start the movie at all and telling us for refund. Don't visit at morning they ruined your mood.

Good if you are going alone and watching a 3 star movie....

Good if you are going alone and watching a 3 star movie. Crowd is not great of you are taking your family. Box seats are the best of you want to avoid crowd

I had a very disappointing experience at the movie ticket booking counter during my visit for Dhurandar. This was my first time purchasing tickets directly from the counter, and I approached the staff member politely for assistance as I wanted to book 8 tickets. Instead of providing basic guidance, the staff behaved in an extremely rude and dismissive manner, making an inappropriate remark implying that I shouldn’t come without prior knowledge. As a customer, it is reasonable to expect respectful communication and minimal assistance, especially for first-time visitors. Despite the unpleasant interaction, I completed the purchase and even thanked the staff, but there was no acknowledgment or basic courtesy in return. Such behavior reflects poorly on the overall customer service standards. I strongly recommend that the management take this matter seriously and ensure that front-desk staff are trained to interact professionally and respectfully with customers. A simple polite response can make a significant difference in customer experience. No Dought Theatre is Brilliant But Staff 😑
