Home collection of samples was seamless. Tests at the centre too were quick and organized. I've always had an issue with the blood test person finding my vein, but the girl who came for the collection was very good and in a single prick managed.

Sent a parent for a health check up paid 11.3k the highest in the market, they missed a basic most important test that I wanted to keep a tab on [post breakfast - 2hrs blood sample], not sure how may other tests they might have missed out. I called them wen I got the soft copy saying it's missed, they said it will be done tomorrow, I called again next day saying it's not updated they said physical hard copy file will be ready it will be on it, I went in person and the phsical repeot was still missing for that test, they didn't care to check, when i asked they made me wait , did a few calls said they are checking with the lab, they had no clue nor an assurance nor a sincere apology. I left because I had a doctor's appointment for the parent, late night I got a call saying they want my parent to come again and do the test at the center. I refused asked them to send some one over to residenev, they said they will, I shared my address, no one arrived to collect or call, they didn't care to check nor follow up..it's been close to two weeks. The Centre is so crammed with lots of visitors and ac is not working, patients are made to wait for a minimum of 4 hrs..think twice before you visit
