My sister had her first delivery here 10 years ago and the perfection which we saw then still has its flavour, after a decade I and my wife had our first delivery here. From consultation to priority to staff, all things are perfect and on same plate. I was glad that many nurses were same which were part of process when my nephew was born. Dr. Karthik, Dr. Rachana make all box tick job in their own way and they are really best as couples and as gynecologists too. Dr. Sheetal from sonography Dept there is an other genius who is way lot helpful and thorough expert. The staff here is very very very helpful, the team as a whole replaces your family support. My sister recently delivered her baby here, and our overall experience was average. Throughout the pregnancy, we were asked to undergo multiple scans and make several visits. While we understand the importance of regular monitoring, it did feel like some of them may not have been necessary. The room provided was quite compact and felt a bit suffocating. The beds were small and not very comfortable. My mother stayed with my sister, and the accompanying bed was also quite uncomfortable for her. Additionally, the room did not appear to be maintained as neatly as expected. One major concern was the mosquito issue, especially during the evening. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes around the building and even inside the room. Unfortunately, the newborn was also bitten by mosquitoes, and my sister was unable to get proper rest post-delivery. This was quite disappointing, as undisturbed sleep and a hygienic environment are basic necessities for both mother and baby in a hospital setting. Considering the charges, we expected better cleanliness, room comfort, and overall maintenance. We also found that the staff was not helpful regarding government benefits available for a newborn girl child, which added to our disappointment. That said, I would like to appreciate the post-delivery consultation sessions covering various aspects of care. They were genuinely helpful and well-conducted. Kudos to the team for that, and I hope this continues. Overall, there is definite scope for improvement in cleanliness, room setup, staff guidance, and especially resolving the mosquito issue so that the experience better matches the cost and expectations.
