09 Feb, 2026, the store does not provide any boxes for any glass items you buy, they just loosely bubblewrap, within 3 seconds of making the payment i was told that there won't be a box provided, I immediately asked to refund but the sales person and manager both were a disappointment and offered a credit note, mind you this is in a few seconds. Please look at the fresh products before purchasing, they are also bad in quality, paint chipped off, edges of wooden items are chipped, glass broken. The quality and products are going from bad to worse each day. The staff are unprofessional, cannot resolve an issue and half the time are only chatting with each other. Better to shop from Lifestyle or Westside. A big nay!!

The store employees have no interest in sales. We reached the store at 9:40 for a gift buy, we were told the store is closed. We politely explained we have to purchase urgently in regard to a gift and won't take more than 10 mins. Excluding this store all other stores were open. And google shows this store to be open till 10 pm.
