I came here through my frind, who knew about this place. We purchased almost 4+ lakhs worth of gold, and at the time of buying, they assured us of a 100% buyback. We bought 916 karat gold with trust, but when I had an emergency and needed to sell it back, they manipulated their terms. They completely cut off the making charges and went back on their commitment. Very disappointing experience—false promises and misleading policies. Not recommended at all!, They spend a lot on marketing every year, but they don't even have the time to apologize or respond to customer complaints. This shows how they truly treat their customers. They are well-known in Malad only because of their marketing, not because of good service or customer satisfaction. Very disappointing experience!"
