Very pathetic service... I went to collect my product which was delivered from zaveri bazar branch to Malad,but the staff at Malad are so misbehaving, mannerless,with not even before purchase customer service.i don't understand y they don't keep young female instead of such ages who are not interested to attend the customer infact even after asking for water they don't offer water also.it is like self service,go n collect the bill,ask for bag,bag also the ll keep on table fill the product by your self...the lady asked for coffee but did not come till us till the end this is the service and instead the sales lady don't have manners to how to talk with customer...she was like "tu" not even ap which we say in hindi for respect....I would rate Malad branch specially in minus...I went for wedding purchase but due to her and over all staff behaviour I just denined myself to purchase ever from them

The quality of their products is very poor. the jwellery I bought from here broke within 10 days. And they always charge you extra for repairs. I asked for custom made earrings, at first they said yes to everything and after they delivered the earrings which were nt to my liking , they refused to change or make any changeswhat is the use of custom made jwellery And if u can't make it , say it upfront not after taking all the money and giving something I can't even wear Would never refer anybody to go and buy from them. Worst after service

Maniratna The Jewel Paradise is situated at the junction of the Marve Road and the SV Road, Malad West. I have been going to this store for years now. The customer service in the store is very good and very helpful. The staff serves you with lot of patience and doesn't rush things on you. The owner are very ethical and gives you confidence of purity. The design of the jewellery are very classy. The store gives lot of options in all ranges. I have never came out of the store disappointed.
