My 14-year-old sister was admitted to Saraswati Hospital, Kandivali West on 14/08/2025. After being administered anesthesia, she became unresponsive - unable to open her eyes or breathe on her own. She was shifted to ICU where she remained for 25 days with no recognition of family members. In my experience, the doctors and staff were unprofessional and seemed focused on money. My sister’s condition kept deteriorating. She remained in a coma-like state for over a month and sadly passed away on 14/09/2025. I am sharing this so others are aware of our experience at this hospital.

❌ Very Disappointing Experience : I was admitted to this hospital due to severe stomach pain. Unfortunately, there was a significant delay in starting proper treatment, which caused my condition to become critical. The doctors and staff did not show the urgency and seriousness expected in such situations. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional. Instead of being supportive, they were rude and spoke harshly, making it seem as if the patient was exaggerating the problem. The focus appeared to be more on billing and money rather than on patient care. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this hospital. It is better to consider other hospitals for proper and timely treatment.

I won't even rate 1 star to this hospital.Such a worst experience it was. Hospital staff were like they are working for free of cost.They are used to off sitting and enjoying in hospital and doing nothing and if any patient gets admitted they get irritated and show there tantrums. I will prefer govt hospital in comparison to this hospital. First time mother with discharge from this hospital with depression.

I was hospitalized here for severe pain, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Despite clearly explaining my symptoms and requesting to do test , the hospital staff did not perform one. Later, it was confirmed that I had an intestinal obstruction — something that could have been diagnosed much earlier with proper testing. This negligence not only caused me unnecessary pain but also wasted a lot of my time and money. I expected much better care and attention. I hope the hospital improves their diagnostic process and patient care in the future. Worse experience, they don't even have proper billing system, this hospital works only for money!
