Very bad experience. They promised an experienced full-time live-in maid, but the person they sent didn’t know basic household work and was unwilling to help. We already have a separate cook and cleaning lady, yet she mostly sat idle and avoided work. I have been asking for a replacement for the last 2 months, with multiple follow-ups. No action, no response, no accountability. Highly unprofessional and completely unreliable. Avoid if you value your time and money.
