Overall, a disappointing experience. The front receptionist lacked basic bedside manners, which immediately made the environment feel unwelcoming. I was also quite concerned by the hygiene standards - there were packets of achar and other snacks openly lying around inside one of the treatment/blood test rooms, which felt extremely inappropriate and unhygienic for a clinical setting. Additionally, the receptionist who drew my blood was not wearing gloves during the procedure, which was honestly alarming and did not inspire confidence in their clinical practices. Dr. Nupur seemed polite and competent, but I left feeling unheard. Given that I’m dealing with ongoing reproductive health concerns, I expected more time, empathy, & counselling during the consultation instead of a very brief interaction.
