I had an event at 9:30am. I was traveling from pune to Mumbai. I booked Amruta mam, at 8:30 am to 10am. Paid half of the booking amount. Now, the exact same day, due to the propelyne gas leak entire pune mumbai highway was stuck for more than 32+hrs. I had to take train, i informed her that I'll be late and will reach around 2 pm. I must've informed her this at 10am or so. She says, "I have another appointment at 2pm I cannot help you in this case". I had paid 50% of the booking amount 1 day prior to the event. And that is also fine if she had another appointment booked. When I asked her for atleast of 50% of the booking amount she doesn't even reply back and left me on seen. I explained my situation that the entire day has been very tough for me. That I had paid extra amounts of money in Mumbai just to travel from the place where I was stuck. There is no decency, kindness or understanding of what situation the other person must've been through. Very bad!. Not recommending.

I recently visited Amruta's makeup Studio , and I’m genuinely impressed with the experience! The makeup was beautifully done — natural, flawless, and exactly how I wanted it. The artist was professional, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. They really understood my preferences and enhanced my features perfectly.
