On 24th August, I paid ₹91,000 to Witty Hostel—₹50,000 as a refundable security deposit and ₹41,000 as 20% of the 6-month accommodation fee (₹2,05,000). *Witty* As a renowned institution among the Jain community and strong JITO Influence we were expecting some reasonable response but it is a matter of great sorrow even after informing we could get highly unprofessional behaviour by the administrative staff during our visit on 26th August, I chose to cancel the booking immediately.As given feedback and several Mail and telephone calls with office and long discussion and given some feedback with Ms. Preksha, ₹41,000 was refunded, but the ₹50,000 refundable security deposit remains unpaid. As my daughter never checked in or used any services, and the payment was for accommodation, not hostel fees, the hostel’s cancellation policy does not applicable on it as I understand.They are highly unprofessional and money minded group.
