Extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered a shoe rack and expected a basic level of customer support after delivery. Unfortunately, the product arrived with missing parts, making assembly impossible. The company initially failed to arrange proper installation, and when technicians finally visited, they confirmed that components were missing. Since then, despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, no effective resolution has been provided. The packed product has been occupying space in my home for over a month, causing significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, I have now been informed that the replacement will only be provided on July 10, meaning I will have waited well over a month for a problem that should have been resolved within days. The issue is not just the defective product but the complete lack of accountability, poor communication, and extremely slow after-sales service. Customers pay for both the product and the promised support. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen far below acceptable standards. I would strongly advise potential customers to consider the quality of after-sales service before purchasing from this company
