A wonderful overall experience. Right from the reception at the store location with guidance to park, the warm welcome into the showroom. The excellent ambience & collection spread over the 2 floors of the Stanley boutique. Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. Very impressed with the way, Hussain from the Stanley team guided & helped me with the selection of the sofa that I finally did. Even helping with the colour & leather choice / selection. Warmly negotiated a mutually acceptable price. A site survey at my residence was promptly organised that very day to confirm that the reasonably large sized single unit (approx 7 & 1/2 feet) 3 seater sofa could be delivered. Then the subsequent finalisation of the delivery schedule and ensuring that the commitment is met with and we received the sofa, dot on the promised date. The operations / logistics team did a fantastic job of ensuring that my sofa was delivered by manually lifting it using ropes & pulleys from the terrace of my housing society and by cutting my window grill. Once delivered, the window grill was meticulously put in place, to its original. No damage whatsoever to any society property or to my window. The sofa has been delivered and installed in perfect condition. We are loving this beautiful "Miranda 3 seater" leather sofa 😀 🙂 ❤️ 💙 Thank you very much Hussain. Thank you very much Stanley. 🙏

It was an Awesome experience at Stanley. Every piece displayed is an art piece. It's not just beautiful but wholesome comfort experience. What adds to to the experience is hospitality of the store. Like to make special Mention of Mr. Hussain who took all the time to explain us every furniture n answering our every queries. Visit to this store is must . One need to sit in those furniture to experience the comfort n luxury it will make the decision to buy them very easy.
