I wish there was an option to give 0 stars — unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any furniture supplier. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. They collect advance payments promptly, but once the payment is made, everything goes downhill. Deliveries are repeatedly delayed without proper communication or accountability. They claim to offer a 10-year warranty, but post-payment, they neither respond to calls nor honor any commitments. There is no proper documentation, no tracking, and no record-keeping system in place. All the stakeholders — Faiyaz, Altaf, and Wasim — become completely unresponsive after taking payment. Even after multiple calls and messages, there is no response whatsoever. I strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this vendor. Such businesses should be held accountable and discouraged from operating this way.
