Horrible.... A structure jutting out right in the middle of slums and chawls. Approach roads are so narrow and movent of vehicles is chaotic. Pathetic location for a glorified residential building

Good property but don't buy flat in 4 series. Im owner of flat in 4 series and there is constant thud sound coming from master bedroom's bathroom. It's not only my flat but entire 4 series facing this issue. Builder, builders engineer, any other engineer no body could find the solution. Its petrifying during night but no solution. I'm not sure if new building, which is under construction will have this issue but better check with builder before making any decision.
