I had a very disappointing experience with Tata Motors Puneet Cars. After purchasing my vehicle, I was not provided with two accessories that were promised. Despite repeatedly following up, there has been no proper response from the showroom. No one calls back, and even after multiple attempts to contact the showroom executives, they have failed to provide any service-related contact number or details. I have also not received a single call regarding servicing, which is highly unprofessional. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I regret choosing Puneet Cars and Tata Motors. I expected much better customer service, but unfortunately, it has been extremely poor. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Very very pathetic after sales service from puneet motors executive. I will never recommend this showroom to anyone. After sales they are just ignore the customer. They will not attend the calls not even have ethicate to call back to customer. Not given me full accessories which committed to me while booking. Not even give me delivery on my date Even the seniors and managers are also not supportive. Not giving time importance. Thouse who wants to waste your time our have enough time to chase the executives to get the work done. Only then you refer to go puneet motors malad west

I made several trips to this showroom to enquire about Nexon and the staff did a great job answering all my questions. They also provided a favorable discount on a select model. In the end, my requirements were met by a car from another manufacturer, which I purchased, but I appreciated the attentive service throughout the process.
