This is to address the absolute jaw dropping service (from the back) given by Mr. Sohail at Modi Hyundai Malad. Just imagine you go to the showroom and an empty showroom with barely any guest inside and the employees look at you as if I got to work? At this time? OMG 😨 such a pain, but since they have come I will talk to them and get rid of them ASAP. This was the attitude. We sat down and waited for them to attend to us, while we were waiting my dad and myself went to started checking the Creta that was parked inside the showroom. Mr. Sohail came to the car and started explaining the features. To which we asked him to move the seat of the car he bluntly said NO sir the Key is not there. Can you start the car? No sir I cannot. The key is not available. If the key is not available in the showroom then where could it be? In today’s world where everything is available on the internet, all watch videos and have done their fair bit of research before visiting any showroom. People visit a showroom to get a real glimpse of what it actually looks like and you have someone who is so lethargic to not even make an attempt to check if he could bring the key or get help if he couldn’t help. But no just a Blunt and bold NO with a small smile on his face. Very sad that you treat your customers in this fashion. That same evening we had just finished checking Kia and they were super busy that there was no space to even stand in the showroom but still managed to treat us well and explain every possible inch of the Seltos to us. You guys to go on a field visit to Kia on a Sunday and check what customer service really looks like. If there was a way to give zero stars I would have done so unfortunately u still get 1 star.

We recently purchased our Hyundai Creta S(O) from Modi Hyundai Showroom, Malad, and our experience was truly excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Anany Dubey (Sales Executive) for his outstanding support throughout the process.On our very first visit, he provided detailed information about the car and patiently answered all our queries with clear and proper explanations. The service was quick and prompt.All information was shared on the WhatsApp group, and Anany was always available on calls for any loan-related queries with the bank. The delivery was done exactly on the promised date. The delivery ceremony was very well organized, including a beautiful pooja arrangement. We also received goodies and chocolates as a thoughtful gesture, which made the moment even more special. Every department (like RTO Registration, fastag, Accessories, Customer care Ms Vaishali) did their best, and the overall coordination was seamless. From booking to delivery, everything was smooth and transparent. Overall, it was the best car buying experience.
