Starting with punctuality - the team arrived exactly on time and began my nanoplastia treatment immediately. I have thick curly/wavy hair, and although the process took around 6 hours, the entire experience was smooth and comfortable throughout. The team was professional, patient, and handled my hair with great care. Absolutely loved the end result - my hair feels soft, sleek, frizz-free, and so much more manageable. Highly recommend!
