My wife recently called for a service inquiry, but unfortunately she was not given a proper response over the phone. Earlier, I had spoken to Komal maโam, who assisted us extremely well. She was polite, professional, and handled our queries clearly and patiently. This time, however, the person who answered the call was quite unprofessional. We were informed that Komal has left, and honestly, it is surprising that management would let such a capable employee go. The difference in service quality was clearly noticeable. I am disappointed with this recent experience and hope the management works on maintaining consistent service standards and professionalism.
