I had done Meni -Pedi for myself and my mom. They were just average. I received cuts on my fingers and the bleeding continued for a while. Pedi was average. I'll rate this 3/5 Haircut is really good. I'll give it 5/5. However, for my mother's haircut which was just an inch of hair trim at the bottom, charging rs.850 is on the higher end compared to other salons. Clean up 3/5. Very basic clean up received. Better to get it done at home through UC for the price charged. Waxing 5/5 , however, I'm disappointed that it's a unisex salon and the cabin for waxing has no lock. The lady keeps going in and out while the waxing service is still on. I shared my feedback to them on the spot as well, to at least ensure the door remains closed if there's no lock, but they replied saying don't worry no one can see. So i was uncomfortable until I was out of the room. The owner is really pleasant. If I have visited this place again, is due to the warm hospitality received by the owner. The staff is ignorant. They offered me and my mother coffee and we said yes, it was 5 hours passed in our service and yet no refreshment received. We were very tired and then i reminded the stylist who offered coffee, if he could at least offer water if no coffee could be served. But when the owner is around, everyone is in their best service. Owner is very humble and will ensure you're addressed well and receive refreshments promptly. Overall my experience was so so. Only for haircut and waxing would i suggest this place. Rest, not so great for the price charged.
