Avoid this venue at all costs. I strongly advise against booking this hall for any event due to the owner’s incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior. ​During our wedding, the owner repeatedly interrupted the ceremony to demand extra charges—simply because she wanted to go home early. Despite our repeated assurances that all payments would be settled immediately after the function, she continued to harass us, even threatening to shut off the stage lights in the middle of our event. ​To make matters worse, the service was terrible. The tea was served without sugar, and the hall was infested with mosquitoes. Her intervention turned our special moment into a stressful ordeal. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

I would like to share some genuine feedback that I hope will be helpful in improving your services for future clients. Compared to other banquet halls in the same location, your pricing appears to be significantly higher in relation to the services provided. Additionally, the rigid policies and limited flexibility give an impression of monopoly, which may not align well with today’s competitive and customer-focused environment. On a personal note, during my event, I observed that the hygiene standards in the washrooms were not up to expectations. Furthermore, the behavior and professionalism of the serving staff could be improved, as it did not reflect the level of service one would expect at the given price point. I am sharing this feedback purely with the intention of helping you enhance the overall experience for your future guests. I hope you will take these points into consideration
