Hi everyone, My name is Richa, and I would like to share my experience with this banquet hall and the coordinator, Geeta. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing and stressful. Initially, she was cooperative, but suddenly she started demanding the full payment during the function. At one point, when my groom was on the rath, she even climbed onto it and asked for money. We had only ₹50,000 pending at that time, and her behavior was completely inappropriate. Another major issue was the lack of basic arrangements. Despite promising tea, coffee, biscuits, and water for guests during our night wedding, there was no water available after midnight. She disappeared midway, even though she had assured us she would stay until the end. As a bride, it was embarrassing when guests kept asking for water, and I had to arrange it myself during the ceremony. There were also issues with food management. Out of 300 plates, around 50 were suddenly reduced. When food was about to be served, she came on stage and demanded immediate payment, saying she wouldn’t start serving otherwise. This created a very uncomfortable situation during our special moment. Other commitments were also not fulfilled: * No chairs were arranged for wedding rituals despite prior confirmation. * DJ services were promised but not provided, yet we were still charged. * Food quality was poor, and many guests complained. * Overall management was highly unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality sense. This was supposed to be one of the most important days of my life, but the experience turned out to be extremely stressful. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this hall if you don’t want your special day to be ruined. Please be cautious—what is promised before booking is very different from what is delivered later. This has been a major regret for me and my family.

However, I was a bit disappointed that we didn't get enough dedicated time for photography to capture my event records properly. Still, overall her services were good, hence 4 stars."

The experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor throughout the function. There was a power failure from 7:45 PM until the end, and no proper backup or arrangements were made. What was most frustrating is that there was no concern or urgency shown by the management to fix the issue. Overall, it completely affected the engagement function and we were left very unsatisfied. Definitely not recommended.
