I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agency. The buses were nothing like what was promised seats were uncomfortable, air-conditioning barely worked, and the bus was not clean at all. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and there was no proper communication about delays. We were kept waiting for hours without any clear updates. For the money they charge, the service is extremely poor. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable journey. The owner isn't responsive.

The buses were very clean and extremely well maintained! The drivers were polite, disciplined, navigated the roads well and drove buses like butter on a very crooked road! Overall had a 11/10 experience!!!
