I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent journey I had on your bus service. If there is a place for 0 also I definitely want to give zero. The experience was extremely poor — the bus was delayed without any prior notice, the seats were uncomfortable and unclean. To make matters worse, the staff was unresponsive and unprofessional when asked for the assistance. They didn’t stop where the passenger already put the stop destination during the booking was made. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the service quality for future passengers.
