I’m truly grateful for the care and warmth I receive at the clinic. Sanjana is always so kind, sweet, and helpful—whether it’s during my visits or even over WhatsApp. Her calm and supportive nature makes everything easier, and I always feel cared for and understood. And as for Dr. Ashwini Modi—she’s truly one of a kind. Not only is she an excellent dermatologist, but also an incredibly kind-hearted and ethical person. She goes above and beyond, not just with skin concerns but even when I open up about personal issues. She listens patiently, never judges, and gives me space to just be. What I especially admire is her honesty. I’m someone who loves trying new things at the clinic (I feel like a kid in Walmart!), but she never pushes me to spend unnecessarily. Even when I beg for certain treatments, she gently reminds me what I actually need, instead of selling me things just for the sake of it. That’s rare and says so much about her integrity.
