Today I visited Xpress hair studio branch in growels mall,...
Today I visited Xpress hair studio branch in growels mall, but hair dresser was not available and staff told to come after 2 hours. Again when I visited after 2 hours, staff told that hair dresser had still not came, so you after 1 hours. If hair dresser can't provide service then why he has been appointed and wasted my 3 hours.

I was not at all.happy with my hair cut which was done by hairdresser named Maria. It looked when when they blow dry your hair after coming home when the hair took their natural.form.the hair cut was actually a mess. This was few.months.back and my hair have not grown in a proper shape thereafter.
