This organization is a textbook example of extreme greed followed by complete apathy. Nikhil will smile sweetly and say, “Don’t worry, you’re like family—I’ll take care of everything.” Please know that these words mean nothing. During a severe medical emergency in my family, with a six-month-old child at home, we urgently needed a bigger place. Through this agency we rented a house. Within days, water started leaking from the roof. Nikhil offered no help—no support, no communication with the landlord. We were forced to seek legal help. Living through renovations with a cancer patient and an infant was unbearable. Five months later, we were informed the house would be sold and we would have to vacate after the agreement period. Again, no help from Nikhil or his firm. In that mental state, my only priority was my family’s safety. We left. The brokerage was never returned. Later, the landlord confirmed that the agency knew all along the house would be sold—and still chose to exploit our vulnerability. If you plan to rent or buy through this organization, proceed with extreme caution. They understand only money, not human lives. My family survived. But for people this consumed by greed, one wonders what they will answer to their conscience—or to God.
