Very poor service. The staff is rude and does not respond properly. There is no proper system for posts, and even after calling and fixing a time, no one hands over the parcel at the office. The government should take action this is a completely useless service

I would like to sincerely appreciate one of the women staff members at the Malad East Post Office (unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name) for her exceptional help and kindness during our visit for Aadhaar mobile linking. I had taken my 80-year-old father for the process, and this staff member was extremely courteous, patient, and supportive throughout. Considering my father’s age, she ensured the request was expedited and guided us end-to-end without any inconvenience. Her professionalism and empathy truly impressed me. At the same time, I felt sad seeing the condition of the post office building. The infrastructure appears very old and there is no proper air-conditioning facility for either the staff or the visitors. In today’s digital and social media era, people may use postal services less frequently, but the dedicated staff working there deserve a healthy, comfortable, and modern working environment. I sincerely request the postal authorities to consider renovating the Malad East Post Office and improving the facilities for both employees and citizens. Many thanks once again to this wonderful madam. She is truly an asset to India Post.
