I was served a stale jamun juice, and what disappointed me even more was the way the situation was handled. When we approached the lady at the counter and informed her that the juice had a stale smell, she flatly refused to acknowledge it. Fortunately, another customer at a nearby table confirmed that the drink did indeed smell stale, yet she still refused to accept that a bad product had been served. In the end, I left the juice at the counter without asking for a refund or even a replacement because of the way I was treated. I had been a regular customer and expected much better service and basic courtesy. Instead of addressing a genuine concern, the staff chose to deny the issue altogether. This experience has completely ruined my trust in the place, and I will not be visiting again.

First time Ordered two mosambi juices and one mango through...
First time Ordered two mosambi juices and one mango through zomato. Order was delivered quickly probably as we stay nearby. All three juices had a weird after taste so I don't know if it was due to the ice or water quality used or if the reason was the plastic container. Request the shop to check into this.
