Very rude in talking. Straight away ask you about your financial status and judge you on that. Showing of property and explaining all depends on where you stay, how much loan you want to take, where you work and what position. Also Rishabh Jain and Naveet Jain are people who are full of attitude and judge people. I will say not even worth of wasting time by going there and getting insulted. Mr. Ambrish I am sure you don't have any say infront of Naveet Jain as that's what he said my boss can't tell me anything for prices it's me who tell him.

I had a less-than-satisfactory experience with this builder. The team seemed to lack professionalism in their interactions with potential buyers. While I understand maintaining firm prices, the approach during negotiations could be improved. Instead of dismissive attitudes, it would be more respectful to inform buyers when a particular unit is outside their budget and suggest alternative options. Maintaining a more courteous and transparent communication style would benefit them greatly, especially with competition like Dosti Realty entering the area.
