The staff here is very rude to don’t understand the patients…for 2 min follicular study they keep me waiting for 1.5-2 hrs ..they don’t listen to patients ….they take other patients who’s sonography will required 1 hr each …even after requesting they don’t listen…very rude behaviour…doctors are good but minimum waiting is 1-2 hrs

I visited for a sonography today. Unfortunately, the experience was not good. Dr. Pravin Mistry was busy talking to an engineer for around 15 minutes while patients were waiting, and no proper information or explanation was given to us. The overall communication and patient handling felt unprofessional. This needs improvement.
