I came across this place on Google while searching for a formal office-wear shirt and decided to give it a try. The location is easily accessible from the highway, and Google Maps will guide you there. However, they have multiple outlets in the same area, each segregated based on different categories and occasions. I visited the outlet that had blazers, formal shirts, and casual wear. The store was slightly crowded. I was looking for a formal shirt, and the staff member at the counter seemed completely disinterested. When I enquired about a particular shirt, he immediately said it wasn’t available. I could clearly see the color displayed, so when I questioned him further, he claimed it wasn’t available in my size. After insisting that he check, he finally showed me the shirt—and it was indeed available in my size. It felt like the staff simply didn’t want to assist customers or put in the effort to show products. If this is the level of customer service they provide, I’m not sure how sustainable it will be in the long run. The rating is mainly for their collection and pricing, both of which are quite good. However, they seriously need to improve their customer service. Another disappointing aspect was the absence of a proper trial room. Despite operating multiple outlets, they don’t have a changing room. Even small clothing stores usually provide at least one. Customers were being asked to try clothes inside a dark and unhygienic storeroom, which was quite uncomfortable and unprofessional.
