Extremely unprofessional. Avoid this service. I paid a Rs 550 visiting charge for a coffee machine repair. The technician claimed he would source the parts and even offered a rental machine in the meantime. Since taking the money, he has stopped answering my calls for over a week. I’ve to go to the official company to actually get it fixed. This feels like a scam to just collect visiting fees and ghost the customer. Not recommended. If taking his service in anyways just giving big NO to the one who reading my review.
My experience with SR Events solutions is way too amazing. The way they have handled everything calmly is something that will surprise you. I specially thank Sushil for going literally out of their way each time and making sure that everything gets done swiftly. My entire event was sone hassle free and patiently and its whole credits goes to Sushil Thanks once again. 😄♥️💗
