Yesterday i had been toAarthi Scan for Spine MRI. The experience was very smooth. All staffs were very polite and co operative. Services were very fast. Centre is very clean. Highly affordable rates Using SIEMENS MRI machine which is German with high quality and accuracy. Ms Usha who is in charge was very well mannered easily approachable and ready to help. Ms Vaishnavi, MRI tech Mr Aadhi, other gentleman and lady was very well mannered and gave agood response and service politely. Overall my experience was too good would recommend to all without second thought. Thanks. Keep it up. Best Wishes. 🤝💐

Updating from 1 star to 4 star bcoz of MRI services. MRI film made available in the system same day and report made available next day 2pm In the system. Both MRI technician were really helpful and polite. Specially Mr.××××× will update his name as soon as i get it. Upon continuous follow up CBC and urine routine report made available at 7pm and remaining Blood report made available after 7pm. Old review 👇 Pathetic experience with home blood collection reports. Patients home collection done at 9.30am . And we have been told while booking reports will be ready by 2pm. But its still not updated in the system. I am calling since 3.30pm its been 4.45pm now but till now neither reports uploaded on the system nor got any solution from mulund hub as well as from customer care number. Parel lab where blood collection goes they pick up the receiver and kept a side. Technician collected blood around 9.30 to 10am and he told he dropped blood at mulund hub 12 noon alongwith post lunch collection and mulund hub lady told they sent blood to Parel lab at 3pm then how can we reply on blood reports. If morning collection sent to lab at 3pm. Only bcoz of MRI services i thought of doing blood collection from your lab but really disappointed from Aarthi scan and lab.
