I went for blood test, After an hour I got swelling and it was paining a lot and after sometime my hand became full red and rash was there on full hand, it was itching badly and full hand was swollen. It was bad, tried calling the centre, on one was picking up the call. My husband went ans showed them pictures, they declined that it is just because of pit or something you ate. They were not accepting that they where wrong. Then I went to the doctors and they said i got infected by maybe the way they took my blood sample or the needle was infected. And because of their mistake I have to now suffer and take medicines. Very careless and unprofessional of them to do this. There should strict actions taken regarding this mishap. Very disappointing.

My wife and I had blood work done here just like all my other family members - parents, siblings, uncle-aunties, cousins who periodically visit here. Jabin who took my blood is extremely skilled at her work since it is usually very difficult for any pathologist to find my vein but she found it within few seconds. She is calm and compassionate to her patients. The front desk customer service lady, Saiqua, is also very helpful lady who helped me with giving quotations for different tests and also explained me about when and how to get the blood reports. Metropolis is the best pathologist lab so far for me and my family and everyone in my family periodically visits the lab for blood test. The space is very clean and they maintain very high standard of hygiene. You get accurate results within small amount of time.
