They may have exquisite designs in jadau and polka and whatnot but the quality of their stuff is all substandard. I have had quite a few bad experiences about the quality of their jewelry. They charge exhorbitant and on top the gold used is not even 12 carats in the jadau jewelry. My jadau bracelet and the necklace set I bought for my daughter in law tarnished like how silver gets oxidised and turned black. See picture attached. When I took it to them they say that this happens with wear and tear. Then they say it’s because you must’ve kept in a velvet box. Then they say it must be due to the perfumes or fragrances that you use. They came up all ridiculous defensive excuse. Do not waste your valuable hard earned money on these substandard inferior quality jewelry. In fact Artificial Jewlry is better than Shobha’s jewelry.
