I visited this clinic for a professional dental cleaning. However, no price list was provided beforehand. Instead, I was informed that a consultation with the doctor was required first. As a result, I ended up paying for the consultation and only received the price list after the appointment. I consider this to be an improper practice. A price list should always be available in advance, even if the final cost may vary depending on the condition of the patient’s teeth. As it was handled, it felt as though I was expected to pay upfront without having clear information about the actual service cost. As a client, I need to understand the price range. I did not appreciate this approach to customer service, as it seemed somewhat unprofessional and lacking in transparency.
