COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE We randomly found this firm (K Hemandas Real estate) while looking for options around Dadar, Mahim, Matunga etc. Initially they cracked the deal for us agreeing to all the conditions with the owner in a joint meeting a month before moving. On the agreed date we paid the deposit when everything started falling apart. The owner asked for more deposit than agreed and the broker was also trying to convince us to pay him more. When we refused, the owner went back on his word to agree to any of the conditions. The broker had to be constantly reminded of the conditions and even then the entire deal fell off near to the date of shifting. We are now still searching for a house and facing a lot of problems.
