Extremely disappointing experience with the salesperson, Muzaffar, at Vijay Sales. Before the purchase, he assured us that the AC would be delivered the very next day and installed within 48 hours. Based on these commitments, we went ahead with the purchase. However, when we followed up later, he completely denied making these promises and claimed he never said delivery would happen within 2 days. What disappointed us even more was that immediately after billing, he started insisting that we submit a positive Google review for him. When we politely told him that we would review the service after the AC was delivered and installed, his attitude changed completely. He responded by saying that his job was only to sell the product, clearly showing that customer satisfaction was no longer important once the payment was received. Also, customers should be careful not to fall into the trap of blindly following sales recommendations. Many suggestions provided by salespeople may be influenced by the commission they earn from selling specific brands rather than what is genuinely best for the customer This kind of behavior is misleading and unprofessional. Making commitments to secure a sale and then denying them later is unacceptable. Customers trust the information provided by sales representatives when making purchasing decisions. Unfortunately, our experience suggests that promises made before payment cannot be relied upon. I hope Vijay Sales management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that customers are not misled by false commitments simply to close a sale.
