I genuinely would not recommend buying an EV from this dealership. My experience after purchasing the vehicle was very disappointing. Until the delivery is completed, they speak very politely and behave professionally, but once the vehicle is sold, their attitude completely changes. The after-sales service is extremely poor. If any issue arises in the vehicle, instead of supporting the customer, they immediately blame the customer and say it is “your mistake.” Even if a small internal part gets damaged or broken, they charge unrealistically high repair costs. What disappointed me the most was the way customers are treated after the purchase. The owner seriously lacks professionalism and basic customer-handling skills. A customer expects support, respect, and proper service after spending their hard-earned money, but unfortunately that is not what you receive here. I purchased the EV from this shop based on trust, but after my experience, I honestly cannot recommend anyone to buy an EV from here. Please think carefully before making a purchase. The 4-star rating honestly looks completely fake. Customers spend thousands on these Maxim scooters, but within just a few months the scooters start giving problems or stop working altogether. The worst part is the after-sales support — even basic spare parts take months to arrive from Haryana, leaving customers helpless without their vehicle for weeks or even months. The atmosphere at the dealership itself says a lot. Dealers are constantly seen arguing with frustrated customers instead of solving their issues professionally. Rather than providing support, they try to avoid responsibility, and in some cases even threaten customers with police complaints when people demand proper service for the money they paid. The manufacturer may be responsible for the poor product quality, but the dealers are equally responsible for creating a false image and misleading customers into believing these products are reliable. Once the payment is done, the reality becomes completely different. People work hard for their money and deserve proper service and respect, not excuses, delays, and arguments. Think twice before purchasing from them.
