We had booked the hall at Shubham Banquets for our wedding...

We had booked the hall at Shubham Banquets for our wedding day, expecting professionalism and basic courtesy on such an important occasion. However, our experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Shockingly, just one month before the wedding, we were informed that we would be required to vacate the hall by 2:30 PM, as the owner, Mr. Ravi, had his own relative’s wedding at the same venue in the evening. This was despite the fact that extensions are typically available at additional cost — an option that was not even offered to us. On the wedding day, the situation worsened significantly. From around 1:00 PM, Mr. Ravi began interrupting our wedding rituals, creating unnecessary stress and disruption during what should have been a smooth and joyful ceremony. At exactly 2:30 PM, as we were preparing to wrap up, he entered the hall and started shouting at us in front of all our guests, demanding that we vacate immediately. This behavior was not only highly unprofessional but also deeply humiliating. This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable, especially on an occasion as significant as a wedding. It showed a complete lack of respect, empathy, and basic customer service. Our special day was tarnished by this experience. We strongly advise others to reconsider before booking Shubham Banquets.
