The common areas, corridors, and bathrooms are sanitized regularly. There is a clear emphasis on maintaining a hygienic environment, which is a huge relief. Facilities: All the promised amenities are in great working condition. From high-speed internet (perfect for students and professionals) to consistent power backup and laundry services, the stay was seamless. Room Quality: The rooms are well-ventilated, sufficiently spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. It doesn’t feel cramped, and there is enough storage for personal belongings. I’ve been staying here for a bit and honestly, it’s a solid choice. It’s super close to SM VITA, so you don't have to deal with a long commute. The rooms are actually comfortable the beds and cupboards are good, with nice washrooms which are cleaned regularly it also has AC and a washing machine makes things way easier, too. It definitely feels more like a home than a typical PG. Highly recommend it!
