Extremely unprofessional experience at the DTDC Goregaon...

Extremely unprofessional experience at the DTDC Goregaon East branch. The receptionist at the front desk has absolutely no sense of how to speak with customers and behaves in a very rude and dismissive manner. Basic professionalism and customer service are completely missing. It’s also very evident why this branch has poor reviews. If the staff does not feel like delivering a parcel, they simply mark the status as “Receiver not available at premises,” even when someone is present to receive it. This is irresponsible and highly inconvenient for customers. DTDC seriously needs to look into the behaviour of the receptionist and the overall conduct of the staff at this branch.

Well the people here were helpful.. especially the security...

Well the people here were helpful.. especially the security guards..they were well mannered but the company ftdc and there services like customer care, contact numbers , etc etc are worst ppl...to collect the parcel I have to go personally as the delivery guy was writing the same reason that the door was closed...very disappointed and I think they never gonna change...very good DTDC fir harassing people..aap se better.bluedart, shadowfax ,etc ye sab hai...
