The area is well-connected to the rest of Mumbai, making it convenient for employees and visitors. Professional and corporate atmosphere within the complex. Tight security measures, ensuring safety for everyone. Limited parking space. The area is crowded during peak office hours, leading to traffic congestion. It seems the rent for office spaces in Empire Mill on the higher side compared to other locations in Mumbai. Overall Empire Mill in Lower Parel is generally well-regarded for its infrastructure, prime location, and professional atmosphere.

Never seen any commercial place that has such biased rule...
Never seen any commercial place that has such biased rule and rude security guards! They did not allow my taxi inside because they have a rule saying black yellow taxi not allowed; reason was neither mentioned nir did the guards know. When asked to co-ordinate with the business centre inside for my luggage pickup, they LIED saying that they do not have contact number of the centre which is INSIDE THEIR OWN PREMISES! There were around 7-8 security guards at the main gate and NONE of them bothered to walk to the centre and help with getting the luggage or asking the housekeeping for doing this. It was a struggle to walk that long at the end of a long tiring working day and had to book another taxi because my driver couldn’t wait for that long! This called for standing on the footpath for another 10 minutes at 8.30pm! If only the guards were honest and kind enough to co operate, I would have been able to continue my cab and have a smooth closure in support of their unjustifiable rule!
