Cleanovo is a fraud and extremely unprofessional company. I have given my clothes for cleaning on 7th May. I had clearly mentioned at the time of pick up that my clothes have haldi stains. Pick up person never mentioned that cleanovo can’t clean haldi stains and took the clothes with him. It has been over a month and they have not not cleaned it. They have brought back dirty clothes twice and when we raised the issue, they took them back and said we will try again. Now they are threatening me that you make the payment otherwise we will not give your dirty clothes back. They mention that it is not their responsibility whether the clothes get cleaned or not. On top of that the lady who takes the call and Lodha store manager are extremely rude and don’t know how to talk to customers. Never trust cleanovo. These are bunch of rude, incompetent and unprofessional guys. Their delivery guy Javed threatened me at my door step. In the interest of safety, if you do use Cleanovo then make sure Javed doesn’t come anywhere near your home.
