We recently booked our trip to Switzerland through Swiss Tours and had a really great experience. Everything was handled smoothly, and the entire process was hassle-free from the beginning. A special thank you to Benaifer, who was incredibly helpful throughout. She was always quick to respond, patiently answered all our questions, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Her support gave us a lot of confidence and made planning the trip much easier. It’s rare to come across such genuine and attentive customer service these days. Thank you, Benaifer and the Swiss Tours team, for making our travel experience so seamless. We would definitely recommend Swiss Tours to anyone planning a trip and look forward to booking with them again.

While the stay location in Swiss was good. But the ground support and assistance required for difficulties faced there was zero. My checkin at the hotel was going to be late and they were aware but they didn’t update about the late check in process. My family with kids was stranded out on the road while I was trying to figure out how should I check in as the reception desk closes at 7pm. When I tried to reach back to Benaifer multiple times all the calls went unanswered. And I and my kids were left in terrible dead cold at 9:30pm night to figure out how shld I check in. The Zurich hotel provided again didn’t do justice to the family room definition. I had mentioned to them that my kids are tall and the beds in the said family room were small than a regular size too. There were no extra blankets in tht room for the 4 of us. There were only 2 blankets. And we had to sleep without blankets again the dead cold as the hotel reception again closes early. My itinerary which initially mentioned no paid activity but when the final one was called for which I still have the proof as mentioned one out of 4 activity is paid for. I went by tht and I was left to sheer embarrassment when I was communicated there that nothing is paid for. Though I wasn’t charged back in India for it, but if it was included I Thot this was included for me as a part of my negotiations. The falling flat on my face there and being left to face that embarrassment was horrible due to the staff s fault( Riya, who had always been difficult to cooperate with) she was always either on a holiday or apparently busy. I had to run behind her to close several open ended things on which it use to take her at least 3 days to reply. Pathetic service and uncooperative these guys have been. I strongly recommend people to not book with them. They don’t care and just get away by saying sorry. No compensation for any of the above!! Had there been a negative marking I wld have given that .

We had an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable trip to Switzerland, all thanks to Swiss Tours! The itinerary they designed for us was incredibly detailed, planned down to the very minute, and served as our perfect guide throughout the journey—it truly felt like they were right there with us even though they weren’t physically present. A special and heartfelt thank you to Benaifer Khajotia from the Lower Parel branch. She is so kind and immensely experienced. Whenever we faced any confusion or needed assistance at any point during our travel, she was always available to help us instantly. Switzerland is truly heaven on earth, and we have no words to describe how beautiful it was. Thank you, Swiss Tours and Benaifer Khajotia, for making our family trip so incredibly memorable! We had only one complaint about our Switzerland trip planned by SwissTours, that there were no complaints at all. From day one, Riya Sabawalla and the SwissTours team were exceptionally patient, responsive, and detail-oriented. Through multiple discussions, planning sessions, and endless back-and-forth emails, they crafted an itinerary that was seamless, perfectly balanced, and incredibly well thought out. Every recommendation be it hotels, travel routes, excursions, and city planning was spot on. The trip flowed effortlessly, with no unnecessary backtracking or confusion, allowing us to simply enjoy the beauty of Switzerland stress-free.
