My car has been damaged in the parking lot. Who will be held responsible for this? The parking area is unsafe; there are no cameras, no security. I sent emails and lodged complaints but received No response…the management here is very poor.

As a resident I wouldn’t say too bad about this society as it is welcoming, but maybe work could be done to make a better pet area than a sad little square fenced area sitting in who knows where in the complex.

Living at Lodha Park feels like you’ve stepped out of South Mumbai once you enter — calm, green, and peaceful. The 7-acre garden is a huge plus, and all amenities like pools, tennis, squash, and even a restaurant are well maintained and actually usable. Great construction and planning — you can see the thought behind the project. Full credit to Lodha for having a Vision to create something like this back in 2012. Overall, a complete lifestyle inside the complex — rare to find in Mumbai.
